Cross Country practice for grades 3-8 on Monday, Sept. 9 from 2:30-3:30. Soccer practice for grades 6-8 on Monday, Sept. 9 from 4:00-5:30. Students must return signed athletic codes in order to participate.

Earlier this month, all pre-k thru 6 students enjoyed a field trip to the Downeast Institute in Beals, Maine. They participated in hands-on learning about the marine environment and toured the beautiful new facility.
DWM students read 4,435 books from April 1 thru May 16, 2019 as part of the annual Bikes for Books Challenge sponsored by the Tuscan Lodge. Two readers from each classroom won bicycles and helmets. Two of the winners already had bikes at home, so they donated their new bikes to friends! We celebrate reading and kindness at D.W. Merritt!
